FAQ

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME?

A: Our normal turnaround time is about 7-10 business days from receipt of a 50% deposit and print ready artwork. *Note that we have recently moved to a new location (7/1/19) and are still getting set up, so turnaround times may be longer than usual. Please contact us with any specific turnaround requests or questions.
Rush options may be available depending on our current schedule and typically add +25% of total invoice for 5 business days, + 50% for 3 business days, and +100% for 1 business day (when possible).

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS FOR SCREEN PRINTING?

A: While we don’t technically have minimums and it is possible to screen print just a single shirt, it typically isn’t cost effective to do so as the amount of setup required is the same as for a larger run.  That said our minimum quantities to deliver a good value are around 24 pieces per color in your design, so for example a 3 color design minimum would be 72 pieces (24 x 3). For lower quantities, full color samples, or digital direct to garment printing (DTG) please check out our affiliate partner Printful.

Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM SIZE YOU CAN PRINT ON SHIRTS?

A: Our max graphic size for standard screens is 14" x 16" and our max graphic size for oversized screens is 17" x 22".

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE THE SHIRTS / HOODIES/ TOTES?

A: We typically provide garments for our customers as we have volume wholesale accounts and dedicated reps with all major apparel distributors and manufacturers. This is preferred as we are able to provide lower pricing and better manage shipping times, stock issues, and deal with any damaged items or returns. You are welcome to provide your own garments if you prefer, however we can almost always provide them for less so just ask and we’re happy to check.

Q: WHAT KIND OF FILE DO YOU NEED FOR MY ARTWORK?

A: We prefer vector based images whenever possible such as files made in Adobe Illustrator, and whose file extensions are typically .ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf. These types of graphics are able to be scaled up or down without loss of quality and produce the sharpest films for screenprinting.

When sending us vector artwork please outline or expand all fonts and make sure the graphic is scaled 1:1 at the full size you would like printed on the shirt. Adobe CC or lower.

Photoshop files such as .psd, and .tiff are also acceptable. We ask them to be at least 300dpi at full print size with all fonts embedded and colors separated on individual layers.

Jpegs and other web images are often of too low a resolution for screen printing but if you're not sure, just send us what you have and we can take a look at it.

To send us large files (>10mb) please use a service such as:

Q: DO YOU OFFER DESIGN SERVICES?

A: While we have done this in the past, we do not offer design services at this time. However if you are looking for a simple text only design we often send customers to www.dafont.com . This site has a huge selection of free, ready to print fonts that can be easily browsed by entering your own text. If you find a font you like on dafont there is no additional design charge to print as is. It's actually pretty fun to play around with so check it out.
